All entries will receive confirmation of entry by return email.
You can enter online until midnight Wednesday 24 February 2021. No entries accepted the night prior to the event. No on-the-day entries.

There will be a contingency plan - an indoor venue, should the weather forecast be atrocious.
NOTE: Your race number, ankle strap and goodie bag MUST be picked up this evening. This is for ALL solo competitors, Two Peak Tiki Tour, One Peak Explorers and the person doing the first leg of a Team Relay. If you are unable to collect your race number / ankle bracelet you are welcome to nominate someone to collect it on your behalf.

Race Start Time

7:30am for mountain bikers.
7:35am for runners / walkers (includes One Peak Explorer and Two Peak Tiki Tour)
Race start is at the Havelock North Village Green.

Race Finish
The finish line will be located at the Havelock North Village Green, outside Mackersey Family Pavilion and beside the playground.

Event Village
Looking for a fun event atmosphere? We got it! Lots happening on the day, so bring the family. The event village will be at the Havelock North Village Green.
- FAMILY FRIENDLY area with a Bike Skills course (thanks to Sport HB) plus iWay prizes and other fun activities, including face painting!
- We encourage you to bike or walk to the event.
- Stalls, coffee cart, food, entertainment...soak up the vibe from the event and come hang out with us in the beautiful Village.
Directions and Parking
Plenty of free parking is available around the village of Havelock North. Do not park on private land or block local residents' driveways. Do not park in the village centre - as many parks here are for a limited duration and you may be fined for overstaying.
There will be some disruption to normal traffic flow. Please be patient when driving through the Village, as it's likely that there will be delays.
Refund and Change Policy
- Competitors will receive a full refund less a $15 administration fee if we are notified of their inability to compete by midnight 30th January 2021.
- Refunds after this date until midnight 6th February 2021 will be reimbursed at 50% of entry fee.
- There are no refunds from midnight 6th February 2021 to race day.
- Entries can not be deferred until following years.
- If you wish to make changes to your entry, e.g. a change in name or other alteration, a $15 administration fee may apply. You MUST inform Event Directors to any changes or withdrawals. This is essential from a safety perspective.
- These policies are applicable in ALL circumstances, please do not ask for exceptions.
